Lamination Lead

What you'll do

• Assist with introducing new parts and processes and train employees
• supervise autoclave cure cycles and safe loading and unloading
• coordinate cure cycles with the Production Supervisor
• monitor material inventory and waste
• assist with quoting and manufacturing-time tracking
• reinforce procedures and safe work practices
• maintain a clean and organized workspace
• ensure PPE use
• supervise GSS processes and daily balancing
• complete performance evaluations
• suggest operational improvements.

Why this role

Requires high school diploma or GED and at least five years of composite manufacturing experience. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident under ITAR requirements. Monday–Friday shifts, with occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays as scheduled.
