What you'll do

• Oversee assigned facilities and directly supervise facility Food Service Directors
• apply company and facility policies
• work with dietitians on federal and state requirements
• maintain quality assurance processes and client relationships
• develop unit budgets and review financial results
• support bids, contract transitions, and program development
• audit food production, sanitation, purchasing, safety, payroll, and compliance
• assess training needs and support staff development.
