What you'll do

• Analyze comparable properties and list rentals
• schedule appointments, open houses, and move-in and move-out walkthroughs
• screen tenants
• coordinate maintenance with vendors
• collect rent, issue notices, file evictions, negotiate tenant solutions, and follow up on collections
• manage community budgets, common-area maintenance, owner and tenant communication, violation notices, and improvements
• complete special projects with other departments.
