What you'll do

• Lead Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services and their teams
• develop client relationships and drive profitability, safety, and engagement metrics
• lead territory accounts and assess decisions for risk and long-term impact
• support district and regional culture and accountability
• represent the territory at client and community events
• collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Finance on proposals and sales processes
• ensure compliance with policies, safety, and quality requirements
• develop staff and succession plans
• own district financial results and support reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• complete required reports and administer policies consistently.
