Process & Systems Manager

What you'll do

• Document current processes and map workflows
• identify gaps, bottlenecks, duplicate work, and unclear handoffs
• develop future-state workflows, process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs
• evaluate systems and improve utilization
• strengthen data ownership and controls
• lead process and system projects through implementation
• coordinate stakeholders, change communication, training, and adoption.
