What you'll do

• Lead Property Management division operations and direct Regional and Area Property Managers
• oversee occupancy, leasing, collections, delinquency, expenses, maintenance, and property condition
• establish portfolio standards and accountability
• monitor financial performance and budgets
• lead corrective action for underperforming properties
• ensure regulatory and company standards
• oversee staffing, training, and development
• manage property transitions and onboarding
• partner with Compliance, Accounting, Asset Management, and Human Resources
• serve as escalation point
• identify operational improvements.
