What you'll do

• Lead and mentor property teams
• develop and manage budgets
• monitor KPI goals, occupancy, collections, compliance, turn-times, assets, and budget management
• evaluate property performance through quarterly audits
• ensure site teams deliver safe, decent, and sanitary housing to residents.
