What you'll do

• Monitor subscriber, revenue, operations, and product-stability metrics and recommend corrective actions
• design and iterate User Acceptance Testing plans
• synthesize market, industry, and competitive trends into business cases and roadmap recommendations
• use AI tools to analyze performance metrics, streamline documentation, and identify growth opportunities
• own UAT iterations for commercial launches
• partner with marketing, commercial sales, operations, and vendors on go-to-market strategies.
