What you'll do

• Serve as the first onsite contact for internal users seeking technical assistance
• research questions and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• support users by phone, email, chat, and onsite
• manage support tickets within service levels
• document interactions and close tickets promptly
• escalate and track issues beyond onsite scope
• install, change, and repair computer hardware and software
• monitor the site for issues
• and follow customer issues through resolution.
