Cultivation Associate – Harvest

The Cultivation Associate – Harvest role is onsite in Taneytown, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $17 per hour. The role supports Curaleaf’s cannabis cultivation operation, which grows products for medical and adult-use markets. The associate supports the plant life cycle from propagation through harvest and curing, maintaining plant health, growing conditions, inventory records, and quality standards across cultivation areas.

What you'll do

• Perform plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• track humidity, moisture, and temperature
• inspect plants for health, pests, and disease
• assist with harvest, trimming, weighing, and inventory records
• support curing by hanging and dry-racking flowers and monitoring climate
• operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate systems
• keep areas and tools clean
• assist with product preparation and packaging during high-demand periods
• follow state regulations and security procedures.
