Restoration Crew Chief

Job overview

The Restoration Crew Chief role is onsite in Dallas, TX, and pays $25–$30 per hour. SERVPRO’s franchise works to help restore properties after fire and water damage. The crew chief leads mitigation projects from start to completion, combining field production with customer communication and documentation to support safe, quality restoration work.

What you'll do

• Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects
• perform and supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup
• communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters
• document work with photos, notes, and moisture readings
• ensure safety and quality
• manage one or two technicians per job
• and maintain vehicles, tools, and drying equipment.
