The Electro-Mechanical Technician position is onsite in Fiskdale, MA, with hours of 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is $38–$41 per hour. The role supports manufacturing operations in a high-precision, quality-driven environment. The technician maintains and improves electrical, mechanical, and control systems to sustain equipment performance, process stability, safety, and production efficiency. What you'll do

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and repair production equipment
• troubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, motors, drives, and machine wiring
• use PLC and HMI diagnostics and make authorized adjustments under change control. Repair mechanical and pneumatic systems
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• install and commission equipment
• document work and close work orders in the maintenance system
• participate in root-cause analysis and reliability improvements
• verify safety devices and apply lockout/tagout and electrical safe-work practices. Provide off-shift, weekend, or on-call support as assigned.
