What you'll do

• Install, service, and maintain low-voltage and communications cabling
• pull cables, rack and stack equipment, and assist with cable management
• clean fiber and copper connections and perform basic troubleshooting
• follow MOP and CMOP guidelines
• use work-ticket systems
• read and validate port maps
• conduct power distribution and cable management tasks
• coordinate project and work-order completion
• follow safety procedures and document work
• maintain inventory
• respond to after-hours emergencies
• escalate complex issues
• conduct service swaps of live networking devices.
