What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for IT/technical and general and administrative roles
• partner with co-founders and IT leaders to define requirements and hiring strategies
• build passive candidate pipelines
• execute outbound sourcing strategies, including AI sourcing agents
• maintain candidate data and tracking in Ashby
• provide professional candidate communication from first contact through offer.
