New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes. Perform procedures and administer prescribed medications, monitoring patient response. Teach patients, families, and caregivers about their medical condition, treatment plan, and medications. Document care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
