Senior Systems Engineer

The role coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to integrate and verify complex aerospace systems and support technical, operational, cost, and schedule objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop verification and validation strategies, methods, criteria, and configurations
• maintain verification documentation, cross-reference matrices, traceability matrices, and evidence packages
• coordinate integration and verification with Integration & Test teams
• evaluate test results and support corrective actions
• contribute to technical planning, reviews, and milestone activities
• mentor junior engineers and improve engineering processes and documentation.
