What you'll do

• Greet guests and manage lobby flow
• complete check-out procedures and payments
• record and follow up on guest issues
• maintain front desk checklists and cash procedures
• answer and direct calls
• coordinate with other departments
• provide concierge information and reservation assistance
• register guests and issue room keys
• prepare arrival paperwork and welcome gifts
• introduce eligible guests to vacation ownership presentation opportunities.

Why this role
