What you'll do

• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, pricing requests, and RFQs
• process purchase orders
• follow up on quotes, orders, and inquiries
• coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal teams
• track order status and delivery schedules
• support account managers and field sales representatives
• maintain customer relationships
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• assist with sourcing and procurement
• maintain accurate ERP, CRM, and sales system data
• resolve customer issues.
