The Mission Systems Program Analyst is an onsite, full-time role in Lexington Park, MD, with work onsite at Patuxent River, MD. Compensation is $39.00–$47.82 per hour, depending on experience. The role provides administrative support to the Presidential Helicopters Program (PMA-274) Mission Systems & Software Integrated Product Team. The analyst keeps team coordination, records, action tracking, data products, and routine status reporting organized so the team can document decisions and advance program work. The position requires an active Secret clearance and availability during the regular workday, 0800–1600.

What you'll do

• Coordinate meetings, materials, room setup, visitor requests, Teams hosting, and notes
• prepare and distribute formal minutes
• maintain organizational charts, distribution and contact lists, and calendars
• manage action tracking
• maintain SmartPaks
• organize MCS data products in Microsoft Teams and PMA SPO
• prepare briefs and verify security markings
• submit team travel approval requests as needed
• provide routine status updates and tasker inputs.
