What you'll do

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to SUD counselors, clinical staff, and interns
• review interventions, treatment plans, and documentation
• provide crisis consultation and guide risk assessment and care decisions
• oversee assessment quality and chart audits
• support clinical workflows, quality improvement, compliance, and staff development. Provide on-call support as assigned.
