What you'll do

• Clean and dust the office, clubhouse, laundry facility, barbecue grills, and common areas daily in the morning
• prepare coffee and refreshments for office opening
• clean model apartments weekly
• water plants near the model entrance twice weekly or as needed
• clean apartment units, kitchens, and bathrooms
• ensure make-ready units are cleaned properly and promptly
• perform other assigned duties.
