What you'll do

• Oversee daily dental office operations

• manage billing, collections, insurance, and accounts receivable

• ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Dental Board regulations, and insurance requirements
• address patient concerns
• improve workflows
• recruit, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members
• partner with doctors and clinical leaders on patient care and practice performance.
