What you'll do

• Develop individual treatment plans and document client progress
• manage a caseload and complete progress notes, evaluations, care coordination, and discharge planning
• provide individual and group interventions, including crisis management as required
• coordinate case reviews and aftercare
• participate in clinical meetings and training
• discuss program requirements with clients
• assist with government assistance applications, court obligations, and referrals
• follow behavioral health regulations and organizational procedures.
