What you'll do

• Evaluate physician medication orders for drug selection, dosage, interactions, route, and stability
• conduct Drug Utilization Reviews
• resolve clinical edits
• verify prescription orders, labels, and medication packaging
• maintain resident information
• assist with controlled-substance handling and inventory
• respond to medication questions
• communicate and document clinical interventions
• comply with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and HIPAA
• participate in evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations.
