What you'll do

• Take direction from event managers, culinary, operations, and lead staff
• attend pre-shift event briefings
• set up service areas, including moving tables, chairs, and equipment
• pass appetizers and beverages
• serve plated or strolling cuisine and pour water and wine tableside
• maintain service equipment
• support cleanliness at event close
• handle company and vendor rentals carefully
• and contribute to continuous improvement.
