What you'll do

• Transport linens, towels, and cleaning supplies
• assist with banquet and meeting-room setup and breakdown
• respond to guest requests for amenities or luggage assistance
• maintain storage areas, corridors, and service elevators
• report facility issues and safety hazards
• coordinate with front desk and concierge staff
• track supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
