The PM Dishwasher – Corporate Kitchen role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, four 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. The role supports Thomas Cuisine’s corporate kitchen and its food service operations. The dishwasher cleans and sanitizes kitchenware, equipment, and work areas while following food safety and sanitation procedures. Maintaining clean, stocked, and ready kitchen operations helps the team provide efficient service.

What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment
• clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, floors, and food preparation surfaces
• record wash and rinse temperatures
• sort and restock clean items
• clean and shut down the dish machine
• remove trash and cardboard
• report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
• assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
