The Electrical Lead Install Technician role is onsite in Petaluma, CA, with work in homes and light commercial locations in Sonoma and Marin Counties. Compensation is $35–$45 per hour. Ongaro & Sons is a family-operated business serving Marin and Sonoma counties since 1932. The technician installs, repairs, and replaces electrical systems and equipment, working independently at customer sites and supporting a quality customer experience. The role also helps customers understand their systems and can lead and train electrical apprentices.

What you'll do

• Install residential and light commercial electrical systems
• repair or replace components and systems
• read manuals, work orders, schematics, and site plans
• identify HVAC or plumbing issues for referral to the office
• educate customers on equipment
• maintain safe, clean work areas
• lead and train electrical apprentices.
