Resident Assistant — Highview Hills, Part-Time Evening Shift

The Resident Assistant role is onsite in Lakeville, MN, with a part-time schedule of 64 hours per pay period and a rotating two-week pattern that includes weekend days, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Pay is $19.00–$23.65 per hour. The role is part of Vivie’s nursing department and supports residents’ dignity, well-being, and companionship. The Resident Assistant provides hands-on help with daily activities and meals, supports social and wellness participation, and helps maintain residents’ living spaces. The role also observes and reports changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being to nursing staff and helps new residents transition into the community.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, mobility, meals, restorative care, and life skills
• encourage participation in social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help with housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces
• prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• report changes in health or emotional well-being to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition.
