Behavior Technician

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role provides in-home and community-based services to a 12-year-old client in Merrick, NY, on a part-time basis. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. Achievement Behavior Services provides applied behavior analysis services under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision. The technician implements an individualized treatment plan and documents session data to help the student build communication, social, adaptive, and independent-living skills. The role works with caregivers and supervisors to support consistent services and progress.

• Provide one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy
