Bottling Production Lead — Third Shift

The Bottling Production Lead role is onsite at Heaven Hill Brands’ Bardstown, KY bottling facility. The schedule is third shift, Sunday through Thursday, 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports production performance goals in safety, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. The lead directs shift production operations and frontline teams, reinforces safety and regulatory compliance, and executes daily operational metrics. The role partners with Maintenance, Quality, and the Platform Manager on problem-solving, equipment reliability, workforce development, and TPM activities.

What you'll do

• Lead shift-level safety initiatives and coach Behavior-Based Safety Observations
• ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks
• lead production operations and frontline teams
• execute daily direction-setting processes and support equipment centerlines and CIL activities.
