What you'll do

• Serve guests and build connections
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• direct the team during shifts
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• support restaurant stations, including the kitchen
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash handling, payment, food safety, alcohol handling, food storage, hygiene, uniform, and appearance procedures
• prepare for service and catering orders as described.
