Job overview

The Restaurant Team Member role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Compensation is $8–$12 per hour. The position reports to the Shift Manager and supports Hi-Pointe Drive-In’s restaurant operations. The team member provides guest service and helps execute food service across front- and back-of-house tasks. The role contributes to a positive guest experience by taking orders, processing payments, preparing food, maintaining clean and stocked areas, and following food safety standards.

What you'll do

• Maintain clean, stocked restaurant areas
• greet guests
• answer menu questions
• take and deliver orders
• remove table trash and refill drinks
• process payments
• address guest concerns
• assist with food preparation and cooking
• maintain station food safety
• stock supplies
• clean kitchen equipment
• manage inventory and portion control
• and assist with community events and festivals.
