What you'll do

• Monitor and process incoming engineering requests
• verify plans, soil reports, CAD files, and supporting documents
• complete order confirmations within 24 hours
• verify classifications, timelines, and scheduling
• coordinate Freshdesk workflows and Teamwork task creation
• route projects to designers or Job Captains
• coordinate priorities and deadlines
• escalate urgent requests and conflicts
• communicate project status to customers
• maintain records and recommend workflow improvements.
