What you'll do

• Deliver provider-directed rehabilitation therapies safely and accurately
• prepare patients for therapy and explain what to expect
• support prescribed treatment plans
• document therapies in the electronic medical record
• educate patients on exercises and proper use of durable medical equipment
• monitor progress and communicate concerns to providers
• verify insurance information and support authorization workflows
• coordinate with providers and teammates
• maintain an organized treatment area and support clinic operations.
