What you'll do
- Collect, analyze, assess, and present quality and performance data
- disseminate information and benchmark performance
- lead multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes
- oversee QAPI and regulatory/accreditation activities for the ICCE
- monitor and collate patient safety events with operational and clinical leaders
- work with Risk Management on event reviews and follow-up actions
- manage quality and safety staff and related teams
- establish subspecialty QAPIs across pediatric specialties
- advance leadership development, workforce growth, and education on patient safety and quality.

Why this role
