What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs.
• Assists the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Experience

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
