• Coordinate IEP and 504 meetings and timelines
• maintain and audit records
• assess and monitor student needs
• oversee delivery of IEP services
• collaborate on student interventions
• investigate concerns and develop action plans
• support testing accommodations
• supervise and coach special education teachers and paraprofessionals
• ensure staff understand FERPA and other requirements
• lead departmental meetings and participate in school initiatives.
