What you'll do

• Set and model the club’s culture
• develop a co-leader
• run team meetings and recognize team and member milestones. Own membership goals, lead tours, coach lead follow-up and guest experience, drive retention, and support promotions, events, and community partnerships. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and hold staff accountable
• build schedules within labor budgets
• manage revenue, labor, and expenses
• track KPIs and present results and plans
• maintain member service standards, cleanliness, safety, equipment, repairs, and vendors
• and ensure opening, closing, and company procedures are followed.

Why this role

Requires two or more years managing a team of 10 or more, three or more years in fitness or other service operations, and a record of meeting sales or revenue goals. High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR/AED certification may be obtained after hire. Availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
