What you'll do

• Bathe, brush, and trim dogs’ nails
• assist professional grooming staff
• learn grooming products, tools, and techniques
• use approved restraints and personal protective equipment
• book appointments and record services and invoices in kennel software
• consult and communicate with pet parents
• maintain clean, disinfected workspaces
• help with laundry, front office tasks, play-space monitoring, and cleaning when appointments are not scheduled.
