Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform routine building and equipment maintenance and repairs
• monitor contractor renovation and replacement projects
• assist with HVAC, refrigerator, boiler, washer, and dryer maintenance
• participate in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete, and masonry work
• inspect fire control and sprinkler systems
• document facility safety logs and fire drills
• and maintain grounds.
