What you'll do

• Supervise compliance with limited-distribution drug program contracts
• monitor case-management service levels and quality
• analyze program data
• coordinate with HUBs and manufacturers
• train and supervise case managers
• manage staff schedules
• provide operational support for prior authorizations, billing, prescriptions, and administrative work during high-volume periods or absences
• monitor performance metrics
• support regulatory and accreditation compliance
• escalate patient or partner concerns.
