What you'll do

• Monitor KPIs for CAPA, change control, and risk management
• ensure timely completion of actions in quality systems
• review actions and significant trends
• evaluate action effectiveness and verify implementation
• maintain tracking databases
• facilitate triage and CAPA review meetings
• support timely, rigorous investigations and root-cause analysis
• provide information for annual quality reviews
• analyze exception documents and corrective actions
• identify trends that may indicate a need to change manufacturing or control procedures.
