What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor up to five Accounts Payable professionals
• oversee daily AP operations and payment disbursements
• review invoices and resolve discrepancies
• manage vendor aging and monthly payment planning
• support month-end close and fiscal year-end audits
• maintain AP policies, procedures, and controls
• identify workflow improvements
• prepare management reports
• partner with internal departments
• coach and develop the team.
