Warehouse / Inventory Specialist

Job overview

The Warehouse / Inventory Specialist role is onsite in Roosevelt, UT, with compensation of $24–$42 per hour. Compensation is not otherwise described beyond the stated hourly range. The role maintains accurate parts and materials inventory and supports technicians and projects through receiving, tracking, storage, picking, and distribution. Organized, safe warehouse operations help prevent inventory errors and delays.

What you'll do

• Receive deliveries and verify them against receiving documents
• check part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and condition
• update inventory records as items are received, moved, picked, staged, or issued
• store and label parts correctly
• pick and stage parts for technicians, jobs, projects, and work orders
• maintain will-call organization
• prevent undocumented inventory removal
• perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• monitor stock levels and report inventory concerns
• maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving areas
• communicate issues that could delay technicians or projects.
