Pick-Up Truck Driver — Construction Site Deliveries

The Pick-Up Truck Driver role is onsite in Lisle, IL, with starting pay of $20–$25 per hour. The driver supports SKIPCO’s project operations by delivering equipment and materials to job sites across the Chicago metropolitan area. The role combines safe pickup and delivery work with equipment handling and occasional general labor as directed. It helps keep project sites supplied, equipment secured and ready, and vehicles and work areas organized and safe.

What you'll do

• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• operate construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and rental machinery
• pick up and deliver company equipment
• drive a company truck and trailer throughout the Chicago metropolitan area
• load and unload outdoor power equipment
• secure loads and perform pre-trip safety checks
• maintain the truck and trailer
• communicate with customers and verify deliveries
• organize equipment at warehouse and project locations
• report vehicle, equipment, or safety concerns
• follow company procedures and transportation laws
• perform general labor as needed.
