What you'll do

  • Monitor upcoming financial eligibility renewal dates through state portals, reports, and mail
  • communicate upcoming expirations to program staff
  • enter eligibility data into systems
  • maintain client files
  • prepare and submit applications, appeals, and forms when Sevita is representative payee
  • research complex eligibility issues
  • communicate with state, payer, and external partners
  • alert teams to blockers and delays
  • review accounts receivable aging and support eligibility-related billing documentation.
