What you'll do

• Manage assigned tasks through the construction process
• record meeting minutes and action items and track them to closure
• maintain project document controls
• administer closeout and turnover documentation
• coordinate with client teams and contractors
• support payment applications and progress reporting
• process requests for information and change orders for review by others
• coordinate meetings and observation reports
• assist with financial updates, forecasts, page-turn reviews, and commissioning support.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a similar field, or equivalent experience, and at least two years of project engineer experience assisting or supervising construction projects; facility construction experience preferred; CSA and MEP experience noted.
