What you'll do

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• assist with ambulation, positioning, and transfers when appropriate
• prepare meals, provide companionship, and perform light housekeeping
• accompany clients to errands and medical appointments
• provide medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance
• perform specified health-support tasks when trained and appropriate
• and follow care plans and report changes or safety concerns.
