What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to individualized care plans
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• monitor vital signs and changes in resident condition
• complete timely documentation
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
• support daily care needs
• participate in care planning and family meetings
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• help train and support new nursing staff.
